The County’s code of ordinances says that the County previously adopted some of the 2010 California Building Standards Code. Imperial County, Cal., Muni Code tit. 9 Land Use Code. The California Building Code, 2010 Edition, and all of the Appendices or later version as adopted by the Building Standard Commission of the State of California, is hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as part of the Building Regulations of the County of Imperial, except as provided by Section 91003.01.
